Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
•The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
•The item must be unused and in its original condition.
•The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your framed print arrives damaged or defective:
•You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
•Please provide clear photographs of:
•The damaged item
•The packaging
•The shipping label
Once reviewed, we may offer:
•A replacement
•A repair (if applicable)
•A partial or full refund
We may require the damaged item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
•Custom or personalised artwork
•Limited edition or made-to-order pieces
•Items returned damaged due to misuse
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
•The item arrived damaged, or
•The wrong item was sent
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
•You will be notified of approval or rejection.
•Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
•Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit:
•Please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
•We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Refunds or replacements for lost parcels will be issued only after confirmation from the courier.
International Orders
For international customers:
• Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
• Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
